No cookies, no tracking

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Fonts and images are served from this site itself, so visiting it does not send your data to third parties.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. As with any web server, the hosting provider may process technical data such as your IP address and request details in server logs, to deliver the site and keep it secure.

When you contact me

• Email: I use the details you send only to reply and to discuss a possible engagement.
• Booking a call: the booking link opens Notion Calendar, which processes your booking under Notion's own privacy policy.
• LinkedIn: this link opens LinkedIn, which processes your data under its own policy.

I keep correspondence only as long as needed for the conversation or engagement and any legal obligations that follow from it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restrict or object to its processing, and ask for data portability. Write to denis@agileexpat.com. You can also complain to the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
